As usual with Eastman Kodak in US or Kodak Ltd in United Kingdom, the commercial designation of box brownies often change even if their technical characteristics remain identical.

The Brownie Six-20 Camera just extend the career of the Six-20 Brownie from which it keeps the same characteristics.

Four models of this camera exist :

bulletThe model C produced from 1953 to 1957. This model is initially manufactured without pin flash contacts. Later, it will be equipped with two pin flash contacts and its shutter will be synchronized.
 
bulletThe models D and E, have been produced respectively from 1953 to 1954 and from 1953 to 1957. Both models have pin flash contacts from the beginning.
 
bulletThe model F arrives in 1955. It is a deluxe version of the model E but technically identical. The body of the camera is painted in brown and covered with a light brown leather. All the metalwork is gilt and the film advance button and the shutter release are in ivory plastic.
 

All these models are equipped with a meniscus f/11 portait lens and use 620 rollfilm, giving 2 1/4 x 3 1/4" negative pictures.
